Kylie Minogue was born in Australia. One of the most popular Australian singers started her creative work at age of eleven, when she was invited to act in TV series Skyways. Being seventeen years old, Kylie decided to launch the acting career. The most namable role was Charlin in the popular Australian series Neighbors. Despite the success in acting, Kylie was born to be a mega-popular world singer. In 1986, she was noticed by a producer and in a year Minogue released the first single «Locomotion». The debut turned to be successful. In 1988, she released an album titled Kylie, which reached number one on the British chart. In the 90s, Kylie became one of the most popular and talked about heroines of the personals, she was a real pop diva. One of the main hits of the pretty Australian singer is the duet with Nick Cave titled «Where The Wild Roses Grow», which was released in 1996. It became a real world hit and is still popular. The beginning of the XXIst century was one the most successful periods in Kylie Minogue’s career. The album Light Years (2000) topped all dancing hit parades thanks to singles «Spinning Around», «On a Night Like This» (this song closed 2001 Olympic Games in Sidney), and «Kids» (duet with Robby Williams). The next album was Fever (2001) – one of its main hits was all club and dancing floors’ super-hit titled «Can’t Get You Out Of My Head». This song became one of the most successful in Kylie’s work. The singer earned several prestigious awards and topped the world hit parades. Next singles of the album In Your Eyes titled «Love at First Sight», and «Come into My World» (Grammy Award) were not less successful throughout the world. The next album of the superstar was Body Language (2003). A single «Slow» reached number one on charts of England and earned a Grammy nomination. In 2010, she released an album Aphrodite. Its first single was «All the Lovers». Later on, singles «Get Outta My Way» and «Better Than Today» were released. Kylie received the most prestigious awards, such as MTV Video Music Awards, Grammy Awards, and BRIT Awards. She is famous for her spectacular and large-scale show programs, which Kylie presents during her tours.
